To make the flexi-tank effective in shipment, we advise customers to select containers under the following instructions:

1. The container should comply with international standard in design, material, weight, size, process, quality-check etc, without any deformation or patch.

2. The empty container should be above 2.2 tons, while the full container should reach 30 tons, i.e. over-weight container.

3. The age of the standard 20 feet container should be less than 3 years.

4. There should be one vertical groove next to each bolt of the container door.

5. There should be no injury on container door, with perfect bar lock on each door panel.

6. No Hazard Label on container.

7. The container floor and its inside wall should be clean and dry, without any sharp protrusion or crack, which may cause damages to flexi tank.
