1． Choose qualified container.  

       
 

2．Clean sundries and dust off the inner container. 

       
 

3.Remove nails and sharp objects off the container bottom or wall. Seal rough surface with cloth tape.  

       

 

4．Lay out cardboard. Then put flexitank into container. 

       
 

5．Lay out flexitank. Place the flexitank on the centre of container bottom. Put the flexitank end with valve near container door and keep the valve upward. 

       
 

6．Install steel pipes. The distance between all these five steel pipes should be same.　

       
 

7．Install baffle. Lock every pipe and baffle tightly with band. 

       
 

8．Connect feeding pipes and hang up and fix the feeding pipes in order to avoid losses from tearing valve junction with flange during loading. 
 

       

9．Make sure someone guards the whole loading procedure from start to finish.  
  

       

10．Seal the container right door and Stick the warning label on left door.

       
 

 

Unloading procedure

 

1． Stop trailer on the level ground. In order to ensure safety, please don’t load and unload the container on a slope. 

2． Check out container left door. Open and only open right door under good security status.  

3． Open flexitank top cover and safety, connect and fasten feeding tube connector with flexitank valve and make sure it is firm and safe. 

4． Fix soft tube connected with outside. 

5． Make sure someone guards the whole unloading procedure from start to finish. 

6． If there are a large quantity of remainders, drag the flexitank untill it is emptied. 

7． To avoid pollution, please close valve ,safety and valve cover after unloading.

8． Close container right door.
